Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

We are seeking a high-calibre Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to guide our clients through complex ERP digital transformations. You will work directly with C-level stakeholders, architect financial architectures, and mentor a talented team of functional consultants.

- Lead discovery workshops and functional requirement scoping with client stakeholders - Architect robust chart of accounts, multi-currency, and supply chain processes in D365 Business Central - Oversee data migration from legacy systems (Sage, Navision, SAP, QuickBooks) - Supervise functional testing, user training, and cutover go-live activities - Collaborate with solution architects and technical developers on custom extensions (AL code)

- 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV - Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central (MB-800 or equivalent) - Proven experience running client discovery sessions and managing client expectations - Deep understanding of core finance, procurement, and inventory modules - Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
